What does this mean for you?

All our Chamberlain agents will be migrated to Realty Of America this week so you can hit the ground running with all the amazing tools, resources, training, and growth opportunities they offer as we head into 2026. Not to mention that ROA (Realty Of America) has a very special Christmas gift in store for you, and we want you to be able to receive it.

Because this is not a typical brokerage transfer, OREC and OKCMAR are simply migrating all our agents to our new name/brokerage, and I am paying those transfer fees for you to make it as smooth as possible.


Be watching your email because I will send you a link to the Realty Of America onboarding site, and I will just need you to fill that out as soon as possible. It is quick and easy. We will also have the Realty Of America team with us at the South OKC office Tuesday and Wednesday to help you with this if that is helpful for you.

We know that change can be hard, and sudden changes like this can create added stress. We are here to make this as smooth as possible. Yes, there will be new systems to learn but we are here to help you learn them. The commission structure is changing, and we understand that mentally adjusting to that may take a little time. The trade off to these changes is incredible opportunity that Rachel and I cannot give you like ROA can. Change is hard. Opportunity to grow beyond makes it worth it.

Where can I watch the recording to the meeting?

First thing tomorrow morning I will send out the full video to you. But, I wanted you to hear the big news straight from me as soon as possible. So many of our agents are already getting really excited about this launch. There is a true sense of excitement in the air, and we are brimming with vision for real estate in 2026. It's really fun to see our agents get so excited about all the new things available to them by making this move!

What do I do if I don't want to make this change with you?

First, let me know why you think Realty of America is not for you. Then just ask me to take you off the list by replying to this email by Tuesday morning. I know, it's really fast. If you get moved to ROA and you are not wanting to stay with us you will just transfer like any other brokerage transfer. But can I just say that I believe you came to Chamberlain because you trusted me to help support your business. This shift to Realty Of America could be the next best step for you. Please consider giving it a try for a few months, at least.

    OREC will begin to transfer everyone’s licenses on December 16-17th. No OREC transfer fee’s are due from you. Also the MLS will transfer everyone who’s ready and no fees will be due from that either. Replacement signs will be provided for those early adopters who have listings in the ground and some fresh ROA swag as well.

    If you need more time to wrap your head around it all and decide, don’t worry. Chamberlain will remain open through the end of January 2026. We’d love for you to make a decision by the end of December.

    The ROA team is here through Thursday to help you get onboarded and set up with all the systems and get any questions you have answered.

  • We’ll have a team in town to help get you set up on Dec 15-19. You can bring your computer and they’ll walk you through everything and help you learn anything you’re hoping to learn.

    OREC and the Mls will be transferring all Chamberlain Agents over to ROA on December 16th and 17th. No OREC transfer fees will have to be paid.

  • We’ve got some incredible technology at our finger tips. Here’s some of the main systems you’ll be hearing about.

    Instead of Brokermint we’ll use Skyslope. It’s super similar to Brokermint and we have weekly trainings to help you learn that quick!

    Instead of Ylopo we’ll use RealScout, which is a really exciting change. Real Scout will provide you with your own app tied to the MLS as well as one of the most cutting edge AI search engines available. It’s like Ylopo on steroids, it’s sooo good.

    CRM’s - You’ll have the choice to use Follow Up Boss (the fully unlocked version) or Cloze. If you’re not sure which to choose just ask. Close is pretty simple and straightforward. It’s very custom and 100% yours. You can do all sorts of custom things in it. FUB is the best for real follow up but is less customizable.

  • We’ve got replacement signs for you as we make this transition. Any listings with signs in the ground have a sign ready for you to swap out. We can help you swap it out if you want, just let us know!

    If you want to keep using your custom branded signs, you can but we’ll need to update the brokerage name/logo and we’ll want you to also add the ROA branded sign in addition to your own.

    As Roa is growing across the country, the brand identity is very important. So everyone in the whole company is using the same signs with the ROA brand. If you want to do a customized sign you’re welcome to create a 6” or 8” or 12” tall sign rider with your own unique brand. Or even have a second sign in the yard with your own brand, as long as you get that approved but he broker before hand to make sure we’re in OREC compliance.

    Moving forward each agent will buy their own signs. These typically cost around $50 depending on what you’re ordering. But you can put your name and number on the main sign. ROA has a bunch of sign templates and sizes to choose from.

  • You’ll still call Grant for all broker and contract questions just like you always have.

    You’ll still call Mikayla for all your admin needs.

    But you’ll also now have an army of full time support to help with your tech and commission needs.

    Roa’s support response times are blazing fast and I think you’re going to be super impressed by the team of world class support they’ve assembled.

  • Any Chamberlain pending deals closing by January 20th 2026 will remain Chamberlain deals and close like normal.

    Any Chamberlain pending deals closing after January 20th 2026 will be transferred over to ROA but will have the same commission plan and cap applied that you had with Chamberlain the day that deal went pending.

  • December 16th / 17th, you’ll start writing new listing agreements and contracts under ROA.

    No new Chamberlain deals will be happening after December 17th unless you specifically asked us to stop OREC from moving your license.

  • Any active listings will need to be transferred to ROA by December 20th. We’ll use the MLS listing transfer document and have the MLS move it from Chamberlain to ROA.

    ROA sign panels are available free of charge for any Chamberlain listings. You can swap the sign out or bring it to the office and we’ll help swap it out for you.

  • If you have a Chamberlain email address, we’ll keep it on until January 30th.

  • Brokermint files, we will keep those records for years to come but be sure to download any files you need for your records by January 30th.

  • We will keep Chamberlain Referral for the meantime until ROA has opened the referral brokerage in Oklahoma. That likely will take another month or two so just sit tight at Chamberlain Associates and I’ll update you when things are ready to move over to ROA’s referral brokers

  • ROA allows for leasing but not management.

    I might suggest showing your clients how to manage their own properties but have them pay you to find tenants, create leases or to consult on management issues.

  • You can add an additional admin fee to your clients if agreed upon when you sign the BBA or Listing Agreement.

    This additional income will be considered commission earnings on your CDA and will be subject to your normal commission splits and caps.
