Chamberlain Associates is a registered tradename under Chamberlain Commercial. It’s OREC license number 208599.

 

It’s owned by me just Chamberlain. It’s located at the same office address of 142 SW 134th St Oklahoma City OK 73170.

 

You’ll still call the office number for help at 405-300-0543 and still talk to Mikayla and Allison and myself for help.

 

Chamberlain Associates (Chamberlain Commercial) is not a member of the Association of Realtors or the MLS.

 

Commission splits are 85% to agents minus a $300 transaction coordination fee. Included in that transaction coordination fee is… you guessed it, transaction coordination. We’ll handle your paperwork, we’ll load things to Brokermint and make sure everything is done correctly.

 

What you won’t have:

You won’t have your own Brokermint account.

You won’t have MLS access.

You won’t be able to use the Realtor name in any marketing.

You won’t be able to use the Chamberlain Realty logo in marketing (you’ll use Chamberlain Associates instead)

The same great support as Chamberlain Realty

Same great training

Same community and camaraderie

And you’ll still get some generous commission splits as well.

 

Who is Chamberlain Associates for?

It’s mainly for agents who do not want to be apart of the National, State and Local Board of Realtors and do not need the MLS to do their sales. We expect those who choose this option to be agents who are either doing commercial property sales mainly or don’t do enough sales in a year to justify the expenses associated with the Realtor and MLS dues.

 

Chamberlain Associates who get a listing that needs to be on the MLS can co list with myself or another Chamberlain Realty agent to help get the property marketed online and cooperate with other agents.  In this scenario Chamberlain Realty yard signs may be used.

 

Chamberlain Associates with a listing that does not need to go on the MLS may list properties on their own, however no signs will be provided by the company so the agent would need to plan to have a sign made for that listing that includes the Chamberlain Associates name and office number at least 50% the size the agents name and number.
