Why Does Chamberlain Want To Grow?
Great question and I’m so glad you asked! Candidly speaking, Chamberlain is a business idea the Lord gave to me years ago. It was 2015, my wife and I were 2 years into a church plant, I’d been working for a missions organization helping raise funds for their work in S. America and the Lord out of the blue said my pioneering time with that job was coming to an end. I said “ok great! Does that mean that the church is going to start paying our bills?” I felt like the Lord said as clear as day, “Grant, I never want to pay you from the church. I want you to dream of a business you can create, you can hand over to me so I can pour out my blessings on it and it’ll easily pay your bills, it’ll allow you to meet tons of other people you’d never meet any other way, and it’ll still give you plenty of time to do ministry as well.” I said “Lord, that’s not really how you plant a church…” and he doubled down on his idea of me starting a business. I felt like He said “Grant I want to pour out my blessings but you don’t have anything to catch my blessings. This business will become the bowl to catch my blessings and allow you to bless many many other people.”
So I thought about a business to start and quickly landed on real estate. I’d always loved real estate. I grew up with an interior designer for a dad and he’d drive me through Highland Park in Dallas from client to client and I’d gawk at the architecture and design. In 2007 I opened a home inspection business in Waco Tx and absolutely loved it and continued that until the Lord called us to full time ministry in 2010. So it was an easy step to decide to get my real estate license. So that day I signed up for school and had my license in hand within the month.
That first year the Lord taught me so many things about building a business with him, learning to trust him and only him, learning to be ok with the ebbs and flows of business, learning to partner with him on micro projects to push my business forward and more. That year I made more in May than I’d earned the whole year prior. And I ended the year having earned more than I ever thought possible, while still having plenty of time to be with my family and to serve our church. The Lord did exactly what he said he would do.
A few years later I felt the Lord speak again and this time about opening a brokerage where I could help create a runway for success for many others to help them get into better situations for themselves and their families as well. He told me that I really needed to pay attention because the brokerage was a big part of my calling in life. So we started Chamberlain with two friends and tried to create a brokerage with incredibly generous commission splits, the best technology the nation had to offer, and a powerful culture of encouragement and support. The brokerage began to grow like a weed and within 5 years we’ve grown to over 350 agents spread across Oklahoma doing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales each year.
I love that story but it doesn’t answer your original question. Why does Chamberlain want to grow? The answer is simple. The more people hear about what we have to offer, the more people choose to join Chamberlain. The more people who are apart of Chamberlain, the more families and lives we get to encourage and impact to have a better future. And the more properties we sell, the more resources are brought into our hands that we can then use as a machine gun of money to shoot at the gates of hell and advance the Love of Jesus across the globe. Rachel and I have big dreams to give away millions upon millions of dollars to bring God’s kingdom more into the nations of the earth and to draw more people to be with Him in eternity. I know that’s not everyone’s dream but that’s ours and that’s why we want to grow this business.

How Does The Chamberlain Ambassadors Program Work?
I can’t talk to every agent in the state in a meaningful way. I need help. I want to thank people for helping us grow. Practically we grow as more people hear about what Chamberlain has to offer. Therefore we’ve decided to offer payment to anyone who helps us get the word out. We’ll have some basic training to teach people how to talk to agents about Chamberlain and not piss agents off. Then we’ll pay based on activities performed. You report back who you talked to and what you did and we’ll send you money. It’s that easy. And you can do this for a day, or do it for years to come. Start or stop anytime. Get paid anytime you do activities sort of like Uber or Door Dash.
We have a specific type of agent we hope will join Chamberlain. That agent profile is someone who is doing at least 6 deals per year, someone that is honest and professional, and who is looking to grow. We’ll pay you for various actions you do targeting those agents.

221 Program works like this. For every agent you recruit to Chamberlain you receive a cut of their commission for the first 3 years at Chamberlain. Don’t worry, it comes out of our pocket not theirs. You’ll receive a monthly check based on the commissions of the agent you recruited for their first 3 years at Chamberlain. 2% the first 2 years then 1% the third year and 0 on the fourth year.

Recruit 20 agents and you’ll unlock some serious long term earning potential.
Every agent that you recruit after your twentieth recruit (so agents 21+), you’ll then be able to choose the $500 cash OR begin earning 20% of what Chamberlain earns from their commission splits as long as you and that agent stay with Chamberlain.
That % steps up every 20 agents and you could eventually keep HALF of what Chamberlain earns from those commission plans! The structure works like this:
After 20 agents join choose $600 per agent or keep 20% of what Chamberlain earns from their commission splits as long as both parties are with Chamberlain.
After 40 agents choose $700 per agent or keep 30% of what Chamberlain earns from those agent commissions as long as both parties are with Chamberlain.
After 60 agents choose $800 per agent or keep 40% of what Chamberlain earns from those agent commissions as long as both parties are with Chamberlain.
After 80 agents choose $900 per agent or keep 50% of what Chamberlain earns from those agent commissions as long as both parties are with Chamberlain.
Expectations
Our expectations are pretty simple. Take time to go through the basic training so that you are able to understand what Chamberlain has to offer and communicate it clearly in a way that is helpful to the agent you’re speaking with. As you know, agents get marketed to ALL THE TIME. It’s imperative that you learn to share in a way that’s not intrusive or offensive and doesn’t piss agents off. Typically this is done best by a really open handed casual conversation with no strings attached.
After you’ve gone through the basic training, decide who you want to talk with and how you’ll do it. Then simply keep a good record of what you did and report back to us. We’ll get you paid shortly after.
Training
As I mentioned, agents get marketed to all of the time. As a result they can come across rude when they feel marketed to. The goal is to connect with an agent in a way that comes from genuine contribution and curiosity. If they feel you care and aren’t trying to pressure them into anything they’ll be much more open to hear what you have to say.
